Double Decker Bilingual PreSchool (German & English) is a well-established, lovingly run bilingual preschool/daycare in Küsnacht. We support children aged 18 months to 4 years in an inspiring learning environment based on project work, playful exploration, and individual developmental support. Our pedagogical approach is guided by children’s natural curiosity, self-efficacy, and language development in both languages. Our international team combines heart, professionalism, and a culture of mutual respect.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged Childcare Professional EFZ (FaBe Kinder) / state-recognised Early Childhood Educator with a diploma recognised in Switzerland, starting immediately or by agreement.
Your profile
- Completed training as a FaBe Children EFZ or state-recognised early childhood educator (or an equivalent qualification)
- You attentively support children and encourage them to explore and discover
- Respectful, empathetic interaction with children, parents, and colleagues
- Responsible, structured, and reflective way of working
- Motivation to contribute your own ideas and actively help shape pedagogical quality
- Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
