Wir wissen, dass Kinder bis zum 7. Lebensjahr in der Lage sind mehrere Sprachen gleichzeitig aufzunehmen. Untersuchungen haben weiterhin ergeben, dass Kinder, die bereits zweisprachig aufwachsen auch zuk\u00fcnftig weitere Sprachen viel leichter erlernen und dass die Teile im Gehirn, die f\u00fcr mathematische und musische Bereiche zust\u00e4ndig sind vermehrt stimuliert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Wir unterst\u00fctzen dieses Zeitfenster der Zweisprachigkeit mit Lehrern, die auf Englisch oder Deutsch unterrichten. Diese Sprachkonsequenz verfolgen im Bereich Kinderkrippen und Kindergarten nur sehr wenig Schulen in der Schweiz. Zudem bieten wir ein immersives und ausgewogenes Umfeld mit einem Deutsch-Englischen Lehrplan in einer mehrsprachigen Schulgemeinschaft. Kinder erfahren die beiden Sprachen beim gemeinsamen spielen, innerhalb von Gruppenaktivit\u00e4ten und nat\u00fcrlich in der individuellen Lernbetreuung. Kinder lernen ein Einf\u00fchlungsverm\u00f6gen f\u00fcr Lebewesen und werden ermutigt, \u00fcber Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt nachzudenken. Im Wald wird die Teamarbeit und die positive Einstellung gegen\u00fcber dem Erleben von Neuem gesteigert. Viele Aktivit\u00e4ten sind so konzipiert, dass die Kinder selbstst\u00e4ndig lernen und entdecken und somit ihr Selbstvertrauen, ihre Kreativit\u00e4t, ihr kritisches Denken und ihre motorischen F\u00e4higkeiten entwickeln k\u00f6nnen. Untersuchungen zufolge st\u00e4rkt das Spielen im Freien \u00fcber einen l\u00e4ngeren Zeitraum das Immunsystem. Kinder profitieren vom multisensorischen Lernen; sie bauen Lehmh\u00e4user, h\u00f6ren auf V\u00f6gel, erkennen verschiedene Waldger\u00fcche, gehen Beeren pfl\u00fccken und lernen, Risiken nach Augenmass einzusch\u00e4tzen. Das Ziel eines Waldkindes ist es, sich zu entspannen, zu genie\u00dfen und zu entdecken. Beim Kochen gibt es viele p\u00e4dagogische Elemente. Die Kinder lernen durch das Abmessen von Zutaten, unterschiedliche Mengen und Volumen kennen; die Feinmotorik wird trainiert, indem K\u00e4se \u00fcber die Pizza gestreut wird oder der Teig in seine Form gebracht wird. Das Erlernen der einzelnen Kochbegriffe sowie das Sprechen \u00fcber den Kochprozess erweitert das Vokabular und den Sprachraum. Zudem lernen Kinder viel \u00fcber naturwissenschaftliche Aspekte, wenn sie kochen, wie z.B. &#8222;Was passiert, wenn ich den Teig in die Pfanne giesse?&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Die Sinne der Kinder werden durch riechen, schmecken, f\u00fchlen, h\u00f6ren und sehen angeregt und besch\u00e4ftigt. Das Essen, vor allem die Desserts, werden gerne dekorativ verziert und die Kinder sind oft erstaunt, wenn sich Lebensmittel w\u00e4hrend des Kochens ver\u00e4ndern. Kein Rezept ist zu schwierig! Mit ein bisschen Geduld und Ausdauer kann man ziemlich alles machen. Wir haben bei uns schon Fr\u00fchlingsrollen, Pasteten, Pizzen, Tacos, Ratatouille, Eiscreme, Marmelade und noch vieles mehr ausprobiert!<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Wir kochen sogar im Wald! An Waldtagen helfen die Kinder, Gem\u00fcse zu sch\u00e4len, Obst zu schneiden und unter Aufsicht Dinge zum Kochen in den Topf zu legen. Nachdem alles erledigt ist, sitzen die Kinder am Feuer und genie\u00dfen ihr Mittagessen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unser Mittagessen, das von Cassis Catering Z\u00fcrich geliefert wird, bietet f\u00fcr jeden Gaumen etwas schmackhaftes, wie z.B. Curry, Thai-Nudeln, Eint\u00f6pfe, gekochtes Gem\u00fcse, Fleisch, Fisch, Salate und saisonale Fr\u00fcchte. Der Morgensnack wird von zu Hause mitgebracht, und der von Double Decker gestellte Nachmittagssnack beinhaltet immer viel Obst und Gem\u00fcse mit frischem Brot. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich werden Allergien und spezielle Di\u00e4ten vermerkt und ber\u00fccksichtigt.
